Table Talk
For chocolate lovers only
With Valentine's Day just ahead, naturally a girl starts to think about chocolate. Not this girl, actually but other girls. I'm more of a lemon or vanilla gal, myself, but I am definitely in the minority. So it is no wonder that in the last couple of weeks, I have had numerous people mention an intense chocolate cake that I have been eating and making most of my life. Many people make one version or another of Texas sheet cake, though this particular version is better than any other that I've tasted. It's rich, buttery, very chocolatey, can be made, start to finish, in about 30 minutes and has the added benefit of being able to feed a crowd. This is not for the faint of heart--for chocolate lover's only.
