Viva la France!
We are Francophiles. Unapologetically. We love Paris, French cheese, French wines, and of course, French food. We love the way the French can take 3 hours to eat lunch and we love seeking out cheeses, wines, fruits, pastries and other delicacies, in shop after shop, as the French do, for a picnic, (particularly if we can eat it at a park in Paris!). So in honor of all things French, we celebrate Bastille Day with a quintessential French menu, Moules et Frites (or Mussels and Fries). We love an excuse for a good party.
