Mojitos on the Patio?

This is the fourth day in a row that the thermometer has gone over 100, which is a little disturbing, particularly when the plan is for a little get-together on the back deck. There is only one way to face that kind of heat: a menu that combines heat with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and cool refreshing minty mojitos. The menu is Cuban and comes courtesy of Bobby Flay.

Oh, and the last thing on the menu? Air conditioning. We're eating indoors.
